We are a Digital Biotech company developing a strong pipeline of Digital Drugs. A Digital Drug is a purely software-generated medical stimulus that triggers a direct physiological response. They address the causes of a disease rather than dealing with any symptoms, typically by training, stimulating or modulating specific parts of the nervous system associated with the disease. At Flying Health, we believe that Digital Drugs have the potential to treat a lot of illnesses.

Your tasks
As a Senior Partner Relationship Manager at Flying Health you will be part of our Pioneer Team and work with our partners and startups from day one guiding them to their business in next generation healthcare. You will be responsible for your own partner portfolio including partner acquisition and managing all components of our Pioneer Program dedicated to your partners. 

Your tasks include:
  • You will be the first contact person to your partner accounts and manage a professional relationship with your partners. This means that you will take responsibility for communication and coordination with our partner companies at the management level.
  • You coordinate the various components of our Pioneer Program starting from strategy workshops or research deliverables e.g. startup scanner reports to comprehensive project management depending on the partner’s needs. 
  • You will work with every partner on their specific strategy projects which includes strategy development, research, project management setup, strategic networking, and matchmaking whilst ongoing client communication.
  • You work with various startups, who are aligned with the field of interest of our partners, thereby actively supporting collaboration between our partners and startups.
  • You will be responsible for the acquisition of new partners in order to grow and tighten our pioneer ecosystem in close collaboration with the management of the Pioneer Team.
  • You will supervise working students, interns or juniors who will support your work with the partners.
  • You have at least five years of relevant working experience in the healthcare industry, a digital health startup, consulting or related fields preferably with a focus on business development, strategy, innovation management or sales.
  • You have a deep understanding of the healthcare system which enables you to adapt the partner´s perspective very fast. 
  • You are service-oriented and have a client-first-mentality as well as high expectations for yourself and your deliverables. 
  • You feel comfortable in a fast-changing work environment, are able to prioritize according to our strategy and values and meet competitive deadlines. 
  • You are ambitious, work independently, take personal initiative, and have a natural sense of responsibility.
  • You have gained first leadership experience within your previous jobs.
  • You are enthusiastic about digital innovation and technology in healthcare.
  • You have excellent business communication skills, fluent in both German and English. 
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS-Office.
